A ten-year-old boy born without arms in Vietnam refuses to give in to his physical handicap, conquering everyday activities with his ‘magical feet.’ Ten-year-old Ha Van Tai lives in the small village of Kim Dau in Cam Lo District, Quang Tri Province on the central coast.
