HÀ NỘI — The moon is getting full and the Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching so close to every corner. The festival is traditionally for children but now, adults also wait for it.
Hà Nội Old Quarter will be lighten up by lanterns during the full-moon festival which opened yesterday and runs until September 15 (the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month).
The festival will feature traditional mid-autumn products, introduce folk toys making, arranging flowers, and making moon cakes on Hàng Mã, Hàng Lược and Hàng Rươi streets, in front of Đồng Xuân Market, and along the pedestrian streets of Hàng Đào and Đồng Xuân.

The following are the recommended places for tourists to Da Lat, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Vietnam.
1)Langbiang mountains
This is the most attractive place of Da Lat City for both domestic and foreign visitors with two mountains, called the “He-mount” and the “She-mount”, in Lac Duong district, around 12km from the center of Da Lat.
The mounts are 2,167m above the sea level; therefore, it is called the “roof” of Da Lat. From that height, visitors can enjoy the panorama of Da Lat city.
2)Linh Phuoc Pagoda
Linh Phuoc Pagoda, a sacred place suitable for those who wish to go on spiritual sightseeing tours, is located on Highway 20, at No. 120 Tu Phuoc, around 8km from Da Lat center. The pagoda represents the unique terracotta mosaic arts of Da Lat.

HCM CITY — The Consulate General of Hungary in collaboration with the HCM City Conservatory of Music will host a piano recital by Hungarian pianist Ernõ Fehér on September 10.
“A Hungarian Night” will include masterpieces by composers Debussy and Haydn, among others.
Fehér, 37, studied at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, and received his master’s degree in 2004.
He won a Silver Medal and two Special Honours at the Béla Bartok International Piano Competition in Hungary, and First Prize in the International Future Musicians Audition in Japan.
In recent seasons, Fehér has appeared as a soloist with orchestras, including the Marosvasarhely Symphony Orchestra and Kecskemet Symphony Orchestra of Hungary. He has performed in recitals in many countries, such as the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Russia and the US.
