Ancient Canon Battlefield was constructed by the French colonialism for more than one century ago which is connected between Lon mountain and Nho mountain of Vung Tau city to create the safe corridor for the Southeast region border gate governed by the French. The Ancient Cannon Battlefield was divided into three areas: Da bridge Cannon Battlefield, Lon mountain Cannon Battlefield and Tao Phung Cannon Battlefield. Vung Tau Ancient cannon Battlefield is within the biggest collection of ancient weapons of Indochina with high historical value and was recognized by Ministry of Culture and Information as the National historical relic 1994.    Tran Phu street, ward 5, Vung Tau city and Ha Long street, ward 2, Vung Tau city    

Bai Dau Virgin Mary Statue is located on the side of Tuong Ky mountain (Lon mountain) and constructed in 1992. The statue is in white with height of 25m forwarding the sea and holds Jesus Christ. Within the campus of Bai Dau Virgin Mary church, there is a giant religious architecture. There is the way to the peak of Lon mountain to see the whole view of Vung Tau city.                             Located on the side of Lon mountain, Bach Dinh is an interesting destination which attracts many visitors. Bach Dinh was constructed by the French to be the resort for the Governor-General of Indochina Paul Doumer. Visiting Bach Dinh, the visitors will be impressed with the green color of the nature with trees, flowers, pure air and ancient color of the building. For more than 100 years, Bach Dinh still keeps its charming, luxurious and solemn characters. In 1992, Bach Dinh was recognized by Ministry of Culture and Information as the National historical relic. This place also displays the collection of ceramic objects of Thanh Dynasty found in Cau island, Con Dao district which is very beautiful and historically meaningful.
