The Quay was constructed in 1873 with the length of 100m. ln this place, the remained historical evidences left from more than one century ago are big stones with weight of tons which made many prisoners exhausted when they moved these stones from Chua mountain to this place. lf these prisoner refused to move these stones, they would be beaten until die, and if they moved, then they would die of being exhausted. That heart-breaking period seems to still exist in every stone and the everlasting resentment song "Con Lon, each stone is tor one life... ".    

                          Hang Duong Cemetery has an area of 190,000 m2, and included 4 areas of A, B, C and D where is the resting place of about 20,000 prisoners. At the celebration yard at the center of the Cemetery, there is Trao Ao statue covered with the sentence in the foot “Last Farewells to Comrades". Hang Duong cemetery was preserved as the special historical relic because this is the final resting place of hundreds of the children of Vietnam who faced the enemy in the prison with chains to contribute to gain the freedom to the nation.  

  Ma Thien Lanh bridge was constructed by the prisoners by order of French colonialism in the mountainous full with obstacles and difficult to access. When the bridge was unfinished, 356 prisoners died for coldness, hunger and overexertion. Ma Thien Lanh was named by the prisoners in accordance with a mountain peak in South Korea.
