Description: Noisy, smoky, chaotic and usually packed, this large restaurant (formerly Luong Son) has had to move from downtown. It specializes in bo tung xeo (sliced beef barbecued at the table served with mustard sauce; the name also refers to a gruesome torture, ask Vietnamese friends for details). The beef, barbecued squid and other delicacies are truly superb. This restaurant is also the place to sample unusual dishes such as scorpion, porcupine, fried cricket, coconut worm and cockerel’s testicles.
