Our Atmosphere: One will feel pampered and enjoy their meal in unusually comfortable chairs and tastefully designed ambience. The pacing of the meal is leisurely but consistent. The only sounds, low conversation and un interrupting music.
Our Service: Is always beyond taking orders and serving the food at the Cami restaurant. It is nothing less then top notch; faultless, precise and exquisite. The hostess escort patrons to the table, holding the chair for women. The waiters and waitress possess uncanny knowledge of the menu, ingredients, cooking methods and are willing to answer any all questions and ready to make recommendations. Clearing the table of crumbs in between courses, replacing linen napkins if a patron leaves the table, serving food directly on the plate at the table.
Our Food: is excellent Vietnamese cuisine with emphasis on visual presentation. Superior quality produce treated delicately with respect to create dishes that taste very subtle yet outstanding. The food preparation is by our chef’s who are qualified with years of experience, reputed to have special culinary skills. Our food takes the best ideas from modern Vietnamese and puts a new spin on them.
The flavours are familiar but done differently. We don’t want to detract from what we believe to be the core of Vietnamese cuisine which is a big emphasis on fresh and local ingredients. However, we believe that the produce found in Vietnam should lend itself to a wider range of cooking techniques and presentation.
Our Plating: Presentations is an important part of the fine dining experience at the Cami, combining food and art concepts together. Small portions paid with extreme details. Along with plating extra ordinary clean and elegant flatware, hollowware and stemware is a must on our tables.
