Com Tam is a dish based on broken grains of rice left over after the drying and milling process, it’s will be served with a variety of topping such as grilled porked, steamed pork and eggquiche, or fried egg, plus garnishes such as spring onions, mint and lime, with vegetables, tomato, cuncumber, chilli and dipping sauce on side.
