Dong Dinh Private Museum

Dong Dinh Private Museum is the first private museum in Da Nang. Located in Hoang Sa Street, Son Tra District, the 10,000m2 museum is set in a garden in harmony with the natural surroundings of the Son Tra Peninsula. Artist Doan Huy Giao is the museum’s curator and owner.

Artefacts date back 100 to 2,500 years, and some belonged to ancient cultures including the Sa Huynh, Cham Pa and Dai Viet.  Many of the more recent items were collected from ethnic minority tribes of the central region and highlands of Viet Nam.  It has become an interesting destination for tourists visiting Da Nang.

For the moment, the museum is open at weekends, holidays and for booked tours.
