GRAIN Cooking Studio is not your run-of-the-mill cooking class, but in essence, a Vietnamese
cultural and culinary experience. In addition to learning the fundamentals of food
preparation and presentation, guests can expect to experience a glimpse of Vietnamese
history and culture through each dish they create. All menus at Grain Cooking Studio were
inspired by our partner and TV celebrity chef, Luke Nguyen.
