Lang Chai (Fishing Village) Theater has recently been put into service, creating an entertainment and cultural space for tourists to Mui Ne in Phan Thiet City in Binh Thuan Province to admire unique art performances.

Located close to the Nguyen Thong-Mui Ne Roundabout, the theater costing VND44 billion (US$1.9 million) is capable of accommodating 1,200 guests.

The first performances at the theater depicted daily routines of fishermen and their families, giving a chance for spectators to get a glimpse at the daily coastal life of local fishermen full of hardship and danger.

Furthermore, audiences can learn more about the colorful culture of Cham ethnic minority people and ritual beliefs of seafarers and local fishermen to pray for good luck and prosperity.

Tickets to the show range from VND200,000 to VND500,000 per person. Further information about the theater or ticket price can be found at www.facebook.com/fishermen.show.huyen.thoai.lang.chai/.
