NOSH FOOD WEEK SAIGON

NOSH and CHC are organizing the NOSH Food Week Saigon 2017 at Grain cooking Studio from April 24th to 28th.

This year we will offer 4 events of special dinners bringing 13 chefs together and 4 home cooks for original and fun food evenings and it would be great to count you in. 2017 edition of Food Week Saigon is not based on food themes evenings but will revolve about showcasing chefs and their dishes.

Week schedule should go as below:

·       Monday 24th                 Stars of the 5 stars

·       Tuesday 25th                  4 chefs showcase

·       Wednesday 26th             Kitchen Heroes with 6 home cooks 

·       Thursday 27th                4 chefs showcase

·       Friday 28th                     Closing party & Awards

Bringing together the chefs from Park Hyatt, Intercontinental, Caravelle, Stoker, Skewers, Racha Room, Mekong Merchant, Soul Burger, Xu, Sancho’s Cantina, Quince …

As usual for Nosh, the dinners will be based on each chef to produce a dish for 50/60 guests with final plating as well as a demonstration of their dish in front of the audience

UNIQUE DINNERS

As always, Nosh dinners are a great platform for the chefs to show their food approach and get people to know more about them and to have a unique dinner with a more casual atmosphere.

For the guests, these are one of a kind events, getting 4 chefs coming together to create and propose a full menu, full wine pairing and more for the greatest price.

Tickets: 1.500.000 VND / Dinner (inclusive of welcome drinks & canapés, 4 course meals with wine pairing, digestif and more)
