The tunnels of Kim Long was constructed from 1962 to 1964 with the length of 2km through houses and fruit gardens with 12 gates. Inside the Tunnels, there are sufficiently fortified positions, meeting room, health station, food store, weapon store,...

 Thanks to this base, the soldiers and guerillas could stay to operate, maintain, construct and develop Revolution movement and organized the fighting against the mopping-up and people gathering of America -Diem. The Tunnels of Kim Long was recognized by Ministry of Culture and Information as a national historical and cultural relic on 27/07/1994.
