Sense Market store opened in downtown HCMC

HCMC - The Saigon Union of Trading Co-operatives (Saigon Co.op) and Saigon Co.op Investment Development Joint Stock Co. (SCID) have opened Sense Market supermarket plus a food court in the heart of HCMC.

Sense Market is expected to meet diverse demands of domestic consumers for shopping and international visitors for enjoying Asian dishes. The grand opening of Sense Market is scheduled for next month.

Located in a 5,000-square-meter basement at Zone B of September 23 Park in District 1, adjacent to the international packbackers area of the city, the store is open from 8.30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The highlights of the new facility are Asiana Food Town and Taka Plaza. Covering 1,500 square meters, Asiana Food Town features the culinary and cultural space of old Asian streets with more than 300 seats and nearly 100 street food stands of Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and India.

In addition, the 2,000-square-meter Taka Plaza has more than 400 stands selling fashion items. Besides, a convenience food store of Co.op Food, and telecom and currency exchange counters will be available at Sense Market.
