Central Beach

Address: Tran Phu Boulevard

Located in and as the center of Nha Trang, laying at the main street side, place you will find a long white sand beach, under the green of coconut trees, the yellow of the sunshine, the blue from sky above and deep down ocean. On the opposite site of the street, houses and hotels close together make the street very busy. Many services like restaurants, hotels, tourist agencies, stores…gather here. To the end of the street, we can see Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography, one of the most aged-old institutes

in Indochina, where a lot of specimen as well as alive sea creature are being kept.

Hon Tre Island

Hon Tre the largest of bay of Nha Trang and only 15 minutes by boat from the city. Accessible since the landing stage located at the south from the municipal beach, this island is home to Vinpearl Land which is a massive entertainment, accommodation and tourism complex. A cable car runs from 8am to 9pm (Mon to Thurs) and 8am to 10pm (Fri to Sat). Vinpearl attractions include a theme park, musical fountain, water park and aquarium as well as numerous restaurants.

Hon Tam Island

Hon Chong

Nha Trang people circulated origin story of Hon Chong: Once upon a time, there was a boy worked as a fisherman. One day, he was netting down and saw a herd of fairies playing in the beach. He hide behind the rock watching. When being the first lady fairy discovered, he fell into the sea. On a big rock has a shape like a hand, people said that was the hand print of the boy when he felt over .

There are still many legend stories about the rocks, but it seems amazing things that nature has bestowed on man that the mountain rock Hon Chong become tourist destination of the coastal city Nha Trang.

Hon Lao Island

Hon Lao (Monkey Island) is located about 30 km’s north of Nha Trang and can be accessed by a boat ferry from Luong Son beach which is a firm favourite on the tourist trail. In 1985, 200 long-haired monkeys were brought in from Malaysia. Today, there are over 1,000 wild monkeys that expect to be fed. Keep an eye on your belongings as there have been numerous reports of the monkeys snatching objects and running off.

Hon Mun Island

Hon Mun (Ebony Island) is a prime diving and snorkeling site and is a protected area. Due to its proximity to hot-sea currents, the sea bed is home to an abundant and diverse group of marine species. Dive shops organise half-day trips to the island for diving and snorkeling.

Ba Ho _ 3 Lake Waterfall

A wonderful little secret for inhabitants of Nha Trang, the Ba Ho Waterfalls are 35km outside the city-center. The day begins moving along the coastline where you can stop for photos at the Chong Rocks and Ponagar Temple. The base of the waterfalls is where we leave our bikes and a lovely trek over numerous stepping stones and rocks brings us towards the 3 waterfalls.

Bai Dai (Long beach )

Located 19 kms South from Nha Trang, along the relatively new road that cuts through the coastal mountains to the Cam Ranh Airport. The beach is a long, beautiful stretch of sand that extends for ten kilometres or more along an arc-shaped bay. There's a long row of beach-side, seafood restaurants, of the make-shift bamboo and canopy variety, clustered at the northern end of the beach, and the rest of it is just deserted.

Doc Lech beach

This is a locely stretch of snow white sand with safe shallow water and is widely regarded as one of Vietnam’s fitest beach. It’s located 45 kms north of Nha Trang. The beach option for who would like to looking for a quiet private beach .
