The menu is a fusion of Japanese, and Vietnamese, and when a restaurant has their own fishing boats you can be sure that the salmon and tuna will be fresh. SAKURA SUSHI
With two main restaurants, Sakura Sushi serves authentic Japanese cuisine. On entry, the first thing one sees is the chilled cabinet at the bar, full of sashimi and sushi ready for preparation. The menu contains favorites such as sashimi, sushi, tempura, maki and temaki. Signature dishes include sashimi grouper, assorted sushi and mixed sakura roll. A selection of sake, shochu, wines, beers and soft drinks compliment the delicate flavors of the cuisine. Seating on two levels sees nicely appointed private rooms for larger groups or more intimate occasions. In a town famous for its seafood, Sushi Sakura offers a great option, Japanese style!

KIWAMI RESTAURANT
Close to ‘the strip’, Kiwami Restaurant is a great example of just how well the Japanese prepare fresh seafood and meat. Sushi Samurai
Smack in the heart of the tourist hub is this “must try” Japanese restaurant. For a quick snack go for the Bento box, complete with a soup. Japanese is all about seeing with the eyes, and the artistry of their selections is almost as good as the delicious flavors. Service is quick, staff are pleasant, comfy booths, and great value.
